Joker actually has a pretty well-defined personality for a silent protagonist. He purposely puts up an "average student" exterior to make himself blend in a crowd (unlike P4's Yu Narukami and P3-kun who stand out more, both for different reasons) but underneath that he's actually very playful/mischievous, hence the "mask" and trickster motif. He's said to think a lot and plan ahead for his team as a leader while also being more intense in his justice-seeking tendencies compared to previous Persona MCs; specifically being a Phantom Thief vigilante who strongly believes in punishing those in positions of power/authority when the law can't touch them.
He's basically a quieter combination of Lelouch from "Code Geass" and Kaito Kid from "Magic Kaito 1412", except less of the gaudy bravado and more like an edgelord thief/vigilante:

Honestly, I can't wait to have all three protagonists together in Figma format.
