>>7740225The eBay equivalent here is not the best choice for a lot of people due to its weird policies and fees, some of them I presume get them from resellers that are able to cross the border, others go for distributors I think, here in Mexico there is no free market per se, a certain someone friends with a politician may get a "concesion" to be the one distributing to all other "distributors" and official stores, not sure what level it goes but is basically how scalpers tend to operate.
