Hasbro ≠ Diamond.
Hasbro did that AFTER Marvel started allowing them to make money off the Fox movies. They obviously chose the more iconic roles, and were picking and choosing the best ones. There's only so many figures they can produce, so JLaws lost out to better received characters and movies. The fact that Hasbro was making all those Fox based characters is because Disney needed an influx of cash after buying Fox. Make that purchase worthwhile.
Again, this is proof that licensors are doing the will of Marvel. IT's painfully obvious what they were doing, but you're acting like a retard to ignore it.
>Andrew Garfield not releasing his likeness for No Way Home merchandiseLOL, so how come he appears in all the merch then? Tshirts, trading cards, valentines days shit, figuarts, etc.
No one is paying extra for this shit because modern licenses include likeness rights. Only companies from before the 90s were unaware of how likeness rights were so important. They weren't making their actors sign away their likeness rights to have the privilege to star in their hundred million dollar money generators.
The only reason you even think likeness rights are somehow seperate is because of how hard it was for companies like NECA to get the rights from popular 70s and 80s movies. Everything else is cope, like when fanboys were saying companies like Bandai couldn't get the likeness right for characters like Chris #3 because they suck shit at sculpting real life humans and that's why his Figuarts looks bad.
pic is another example of how Marvel was willing to fuck over Fox, despite Fox not being directly affected by this shit.
A retard like you would take this to be literal and think
>Of course Marvel no longer had the rights to XMEn and Fantastic Four characters, so they couldn't license it to shirt makers.
