>>7182191I actually appreciate the effort in that, and the designs, I just think the concept itself is silly and doesn't even work in an ironic way. Why would an 80's toy company make DC characters barbarians? Its just shameless pandering because its an established property. Itd be cooler if they took DC's actual savage characters, which actually did happen with Remco's Warlord toyline. Or do the New Gods, which have a history of intermingling with MOTU conceptually.
Also, King Shark and Mr. freeze weren't prominent in the 80's
