>Did you ever feel the need to get rid of childhood plushies, or were you always proud of your collection?
Yeah I personally have gotten rid of quite a few of the ones I had when I was younger. As I figured out what fabrics I liked, I got rid of the older ones that were hand me downs to make room for newer ones with nice minky fabric.
>What criteria do you use when deciding on plushies to add to your collection? Do you focus on specific themes, characters, or brands in your plushie collection?
For me it's mainly texture but I also tend to stick to certain brands due to price. For example, I have a lot of Disney ones because they're a good texture and decently cheap secondhand. I also do tend to collect human plushies as I find they have nice proportions for hugging and they're easier to store. This picture shows some that I recently ordered
>How do you display or store your plushies to keep them in good condition?
They are usually piled on top of each other but they're covered up with something. For example when I keep them under my bed they're in trash bags and on my top bunk they have a blanket on top. Unfortunately the plushies in my closet don't have any protection as they're too tightly packed to cover them
