We didn't get one in the main lines of LoTR OR The Hobbit. Top it off that he's been in all the games INCLUDING DIMENSIONS.

Wtf gives LEGO. No fucking minifig in the entire fucking IP that bears his title. If memory serves, the only have the rights to LOTR through 2016, unless Dimensions lets them get around toy classification somehow.
