In terms of it happening in the history of halo figs in general, there have been some re-releases, sometimes down the line or like with the anniversary line, but they are usually fairly minor changes, like getting a different weapon or a slightly different paint job. In terms of how mcfarlane handled noble team, there were re-releases of each character without a helmet or a different weapon, but that's about it. Mainly there were multiple versions of noble 6 in different packs with slightly different armor like different helmet attachments or knee guards. desu i wouldn't really hope for one like you're talking about.
