when it comes to the figures themselves, they've both got the same movable points but only some really minor cosmetic differences
for accessories, GR1 kat comes with an open mouth smiling face and angry face looking to the side, dusty the cat in a sniffing pose and an apple on hand
GR2 comes with lunar and jupiter style parts, a closed mouth smiling faces, a shocked face and an angry face looking straight, dusty sitting down but the apple on hand is a pre-order bonus this time
while I like GR1's design more, you do get more bang for your buck with the GR2 release
