Something like 5% defect rate is usually considered the norm with electronics, even with Apple products. With toys and other like goods, it's probably the same allowance (as in, China factory better do a good job or else).
So when it's two or three people complaining on this board, it's unlikely the rest of the toys are like that. When you see an abnormal amount of complaints or it becomes a common complaint, then you know the QC is shit.
Even then, one board having nothing but complaints is likely just a coincidence. Usually you need at least a sample of 2000 people who bought the toy to come up with an accurate estimate.
But i'm good with the rough guide of using just this board as a measurement, but a lot of brands here are trolled, so not always unless pictures follow.
