Managed to get it out. Like plenty of tutorials said: get a pin vise, drill into it and get a screw to pull it out.
PSA: if you ever find a peg oddly shaped or "off" be careful. The peg on my stand probably had something like a molding error. Cap's holes on his back are also pretty tight. Usually Revos are pretty sturdy so I just tried to force it in. Twisting plastic is generally never recomended but I haven't had an issue until now. Usually twisting helps to squeeze pegs into the holes, here this all combined to fuck my shit up.
