Anon wanted a female tomboy pony transformer, and that one was repainted from a male/boyish mold and intended to be a female pony. Had it actually made it to production, he could have projected whatever personality onto it he wanted, as I highly doubt she would have shown up in any official Transformers media and thus wouldn't have a 'canon' personality.
That aside, I can vouch for the mold itself - I own Battle Unicorn and Magna Stampede, and they're simple but fun molds; Battle unicorn in particular is supposed to be a badass despite being a unicorn, given his bio states he has teleportation powers like Skywarp (but is actually competent with them), can shoot lasers or levitate things from his horn in Beast Mode, can cleave almost anything in two with his axe in Robot Mode (and shoot electric shockwaves from it for range capabilities), and he's got some kind of stealth technology built into him that lets him completely avoid detection and muffles his footsteps in Beast Mode. Magna Stampede has no real info tied to him (that I know of) other than the fact that he used to guard the residences of high-ranking Cybertronian officials and that he's supposedly descended from Pyra Magna.
