It's a pretty shit claim.
A confirmation bias is only that if there's a lot of proof saying the opposite. Like say, googling the actual problem. As i said before, of course you're going to come up with a lot of hits for that, because all things will have a problem.
Googling those terms doesn't actually bring up a lot of hits for it though. The majority of links talk about other things.
