Aliexpress dispute has "counterfeit" option. That said, if the box doesn't say "Bandai" (which it won't) it will not be considered counterfeit.

I would not buy gunpla from Aliexpress simply because everything is cheaper at its origin. Gunpla is made in Japan, it would be strange if it were cheaper in China.

Likewise it doesn't make sense to to buy Chinese or Russian kits from Japan.
