>>8359471Got that feeling too, six years after buying Transformers for the sake of "completing" something. A line, a team, hell, even once deluding myself that I'd use them for a video project. I guess every addict/collector gets to this stage after a while
Managed to tone down my buying. Focused on what I want rather than buying what I didn't have. Also, /toy/'s advice to "fap first before deciding" really helped in curbing my enthusiasm (sexy fig or otherwise). Am I still spending too much on quality figurines? Yep, but instead of $2000 a year, it's now $400-$600. It also helps that I try to limit my spending by limiting the amount of toys I put on display on my two shelves. The less there are, the better it looks. Self-control really brings the spark back to one's hobbies.
