Glad I would help, the chopstick method is something I came up with when I did miniature terrain couple decades ago, but I used painted drink stirrers back then. It's coming along really nicely. Now that you have a shadow cast from the upper floot, have you thought about lighting? I bught these for the diorama my old lady is working on. THey're about two bucks and you can easily hide the battery pac. I pulled it out there for yout o see but it otherwse stays hidden. You can get longer ones for about five bucks and you could drill a tiny hole in your setup there, thread in the lights and sticky tack the battery back to the back of the unit so it's hidden. Great battery life on these things, as well, I've had mine on since January and haven't had to change the batteries.
