The DNA tank has a recolor that's coming out with improvements. If you wait you can see how that turns out.
There are a ton of decent transformers tanks from the main lines. Warpath is probably the best and cheapest example.
If you want futuristic hover tanks there's a new Megatron by Planet X that's from one of the video games.
Badcube also has a warpath but he's a bitch and a half to transform.
Pic related is from Zeta Toys. It's an unofficial Brawl that is part of a combiner, but he transforms into a great looking tank and has working treads. Most importantly he's big and won't break the bank at $60 and is coming out next month. If you just want a good tank figure this might be it.
