I also plan to get a proper medium blue (i.e. non 'icy'/frosted) too, I just wanted one of both colours due to lego releasing constraction/CCBS pieces of both kinds
I.e. so I can make a moc where the mask can actually matches with literally any of the other transparent pieces I stick on it rather than being this one 'icy' version of a colour that pretty much only this piece comes in
