It's clearly part of a BAF wave with the Fortress robots. Potential other figures? Looking at the rest of the table they're pushing Metamorpho, Mr. Terrific, and Lex. Hawkgirl and Guy Gardner are also in the movie.
Those hip joints are very noticeable, but so are those possible thigh swivel cuts under the trunks. Hard to tell if this is 5 poa trash like the toy on the other side of the table or if this is something more articulated.
Anyone know who this is from? It isn't covered in Spawn heads so it has to be Spin Master, right? Or is this a Mattel release?
