Honestly, I'm quite disappointed.
Articulation is very good, especially considering the design, as always with 1000 toys. And that's all the good things about it.
In general it feels cheap.
The red looks cheap. Which was the impression I had from the pics online, and that's exactly how it ended up looking.
The plastic itself feels cheap. It reminds me of the plastic they used in transformer toys when I was a kid. It may be because of the coating, but that's the feeling I get out of it.
There are visible metal screws in the elbow joints. I don't like it.
As often happens with 1000toys stuff, the joints are BAD. They split open and pop out very easily.
The feet are extremely small, making it quite difficult to have it stand without using the included stand (the same we got with the Blame! figures).
And the icing on the cake, the bonus face I basically spent 600 yen for looks like SHIT.
This is the first time I'm disappointed with a 1000toys figure. I think I would have overlooked the other flaws if the coloring was different. But this red makes it look so damn cheap. Would have looked much better with a matte finish.

I understand that it was made under the supervision of Nihei, which means it's "how it's meant to be", but I guess if they really needed to make it THIS shade of red and glossy, they should have tried a different route.
I really like the design itself so I'll keep it, but man I'm disappointed.
