Joints are waaaaay beter than 30mm's clips, the legs actually hold tention. The arm construction on the arms is strange but doesn't feel too bad. The torso is restricted, you van pull the ball joints up in their sockets to get a pretty nice looking back bend, but it doesn't get much forward. The neck sucks. The gundam style double ball has the same problem it does on some gundam, it clashes with the collar super bad when you try to tilt her head, and if you force a tilt the ball tries to pop out.
THE WORST thing about this kit is something koto used to be guilty of, the eye decals are suuuuuper low definition, at a distance they look fine, but up close its like she has dozens of tiny pupils in her irises. The amount of stickers too is super disappointing. The vast majority of these kits use the same arms, legs, and lower torso, yet the midrif has the most blatantly lazy lack of color separation. It could have been done in three more parts, two if they where creative.
