Lego should -figure it out-
Hasbro has some kind of deal with exclusive action figures, is that the reason? get some lawyers, read the deal, offer Hasbro a cut of the money if they have to. is that fair to give Hasbro free money? approach Disney to (Darth Vader style) ALTER THE DEAL. Hasbro should pray they don't alter it any further.
Star Wars could probably have an independent CMF line running along side other CMF series, it would not "replace" a set like this Spider-nonsense or F1 cars did.

we all know Lego minifigs would sell way more than "normal" Star Wars action figures.
it's piles of cash they are just leaving on the table, too scared to reach for. REACH! argh why am I the one begging Lego to make more profit?
