Sorry, but you're giving exactly the reason why Hasbro and Disney are mainly only making toys of heroes: they're center stage and given the limeline, because they're the heroes.

Villains aren't.
Disney is probably acting like the Comics Code Authority, where villains aren't supposed to be portrayed positively or sympathetic in anyway, thus NO TOYS for good characters and great designs. Kids shouldn't ever want bad guy toys.

Heroes only, where heroes are the main villains in marvel events now.
