The reason for 2 is because one is your standard holding hand, but one is a more delicate/angled hand for a more 'pointed' gesture. She has a rapier, so it's for posing that - think fencing stance. Wrist joints can't fully accomplish that, the hand needs to be molded to hold the item at an angle to assist. Then that hand can also delicately hold a the rose as well.
>loreNot lore, just how I see her and observation. It's an aesthetic. Inquisitors go well with a Gothic look. Like Irene from Arknights. If you wanted to make lore you could say she's an Inquisitor who needs to hide her horns and lineage/ powers.
