Hello /toy/, I don’t come here a lot but I’ve come in need of assistance. Growing up in the mid 2000s I remember seeing a lot of advertising for this odd western spin on Digimon (not a localization or anything, but a full on separate franchise) and it was advertised pretty heavily around me at the time. It consisted of these rectangular tamagotchi type devices you could plug into computers and machines and “find” digital monsters and stuff (Monster Rancher if you’ve ever played that). After a few hours of keyword searching and aimless google guessing I gave up and thought maybe someone here would know what I’m talking about. If it helps, the “mascot” creature was this yellow bug thing, actually most of the creatures were bugs or fictional insects if I remember.
