>>8306814Honestly, not even close. They're just too variable and big. Even unofficial levends figs are a touch too large for my tastes. Your best bet with these guys as city sized is with micromasters or the old universe scale legends, which just aren't articulated enough for me to enjoy.
Then again, I am one of the worst people you could ask because I am very unconcerned with scale. I just like them more as colosal bots with smaller ones scaling them than bases. That and I prefer toys that are fun over fitting some kind of display criteria.
