I've since switched dyes and have been getting better results. but the small pegs are still a problem. I can inject resin with a needle and syringe but I'd like to try something that can cast with simply the syringe without needle, and to be able to cast these faster.
I'm currently working on some molds with channels to feed resin to the bottom, and with air channels to release air upwards. we'll see how it works. if it doesn't work, I'll try the needle and syringe method.
