And once again, this has already been happening for years, and hasn't actually changed anything. Riobots still sell out preorders despite being insanely expensive and at risk of a bootleg or improved version later, Chogokins still sell out, the various HK companies making their own versions still sell out, and EVERYONE is price gouging and upcharging everything right now and will probably continue to until the world economy stops shitting.
