But the legs is where I felt the most comfortable messing around with. They took away the metal decorations on his hips and gave some room for those large ball swivel (correct me if I'm wrong for the terminology) and the sculpt or cut on his thigh to offer far larger range of leg movement. I can do a bunch of silly stuff with SPIV's legs versus the original.
Also the redone feet gives the better backward swivel movement as opposed to the original's shoe sculpt that sort of restricted his feet to swivel back far enough for certain poses.
Also the shoulder pads are attached by joints versus being attached to the originals scarf.
To me anyways the general playability and articulation for SPIV just feels way better whereas the original I have to limit certain poses. Even though the large ball swivels sort of stand out a little more the extra leg range is greatly appreciated.
