that's a total guess, but like it's been said, nearly all of them are amazing and useful parts. a lot of them have double heads in colorful colors, torsos useful for general medieval castles MOCs, etc
the terrible part is that it sets a horrible precedent. ALL of those figures should have been INCLUDED in the $360 set. Lego tried to do a new model for sales, where the bulk of the figures are sold for $5 a pop. There have been Marvel sets that size with 30ish figures, and the D&D set had only 5, the rest sold seperately.
