Look at the lips, where it's totally obvious that its a low res print.
Whereas with Hasbro figures, they have solid paint apps throughout the entire face. On figures like Starlord, you can see that only the edges of his beard being without a solid paint app underneath and you start seeing the bare plastic.
So it makes sense that a beard is patchy at the thinnest points. Whereas the lips being patchy on this Obi Wan? Wut.
