I noticed some enemies were replaced by stronger ones as you progressed through the game, even when going back in older stages, so this game a sort of hidden rank system, which made me think there could be more I didn't find yet, but I already beat it and found nothing else. I even unlocked the makuta cheat that makes enemies stronger, but all that does is make them all black.
