>>8308699The lawsuit went back to court and on appeal the first decision that awarded Victor Miller the rights, I believe got reversed, because Sean Cunningham was the rightful owner since Miller had written the first movie purely as a work for hire and had even stated as such in interviews in the past. I think the case is going back to court yet again however.
