Awakening goku has boots with red lines and yellow shoelaces, Raised on Earth has yellow lines and red laces. Awakening is colored using the manga as reference, on the other hand Raised on Earth uses the anime as reference.
Then there's Piccolo, his sash is red in the manga, and blue in the anime. Cell saga Gohan is the same. The Nappa figuarts is clearly based on the manga colors too.
So yeah, there are color differences between manga an anime. Something that everybody in these threads knows since forever other than you, I guess.
