>>8738571>>8738615>>8739263Yes, these are all reasons why I couldn’t even finish that series. Plus, being able to fly around like a helicopter using a lightsaber is just dumb, even for Star Wars. If that’s always been the case, then Grievous would’ve been able to fly around like some sort of giant metal bug with how he could spin his sabers around. And then there’s my friend who kept on being an asshole because he’s a literal Disney baby. He didn’t watch Star Wars UNTIL it because a Disney property and they made thise godawful movies of theirs. And he has an arbitrary disliking for “Legends” (good canon) because it usually ended up panning out better when it came to stories and reception.
Plus all the characters in Rebels literally just have one single note to their “personalities” and they’re all just cliches, and not even good ones at that. Sabine is just there for the Hot Topic, dying your hair crowd. And you wouldn’t even be able to tell she’s a Mandalorian if it weren’t for her armor, or those rare times she has to remind the audience that she’s meant to be a Mando'ade. Does she even speak a lick of Mando’a in the show?
