-Vaporeon: WCT and TOMY are both good, but the new WCT one is the better sculpted one IMO
-Flareon: WCT and TOMY are good, TOMY has brighter colors but is a bit smaller than the newer WCT one. The WCT one is more true to scale since Flareon is one of the biggest Eeveloutions, but has an odd mold line around the tail. I prefer the TOMY for the colors.
-Jolteon: TOMY one is too tall, WCT one is pretty big and is sculpted a bit oddly IMO, so my favorite is the older Jakks one. It's a bit smaller than the rest of the figures which is accurate.
-Umbreon and Espeon: TOMY, but WCT is supposedly coming out with one soon
-Sylveon: TOMY
-Glaceon and Leafeon: the older Jakks ones are your only option since TOMY cancelled their planned figures. The Jakks ones are hard to find and go for ~$100 ea. when they do pop up online. I don't have those but am hoping WCT tackles those soon.
The Eevee I'm using is a WCT one too. Excuse the crap pic and display. Working on getting a nice place to display all the 1:12 scale figures.
