Number of planes per type per carrier, positions of planes on the deck, plane colors, etc came from other people's 1/700 and 1/350 builds. I have about 20 of those that I used for my reference.
But there is no question that the Type 97 bombers are about 15-20% larger than expected (Type 99s and Type 0s look about right).
