The girl you posted (and pretty much anything 1/20 scale) is related to the Maschinen Krieger (MaK) universe. It's gritty sci fi space suits with the occasional sexy girl.
Let me know if you find any decent tutorials on something close to this scale, I often find 1/35 painters imply a lot of detail that we can't get away with in 1/20 scale.
I still need to get a lot better at subtle shading, the recesses vary from looking alright to looking like dried blood.
