Second off that isn't even the original pose.
Third that isnt even a hard pose for a good Mcfarlane figure to do with their modern joint setup making the limitation completely pointless outside of preserving Spawn's abs over everything else.
There is nothing about this that makes any sort of sense from any angle no matter how much you want to try make it seem like it does.
