>>6082559The sculpt and articulation is great. I just really don't like the shoulder pads. The way the shoulder pads are done on Shadow Moon are pretty much perfect, IMO. But to give Black the range of motion it has, there is a weird gap for the thin peg connect the arm to the shoulder that the shoulder pad doesn't hide well. I'm also super fucking paranoid about the thin antennae.
The original Black has this... almost manga-like look to him. While more toyateic, he's got this wiry look that I can see it being a manga intrepretation. It's kind of funny, since Ishinomori's manga design for Black is more buglike and was used as inspiration for the SIC version of Black. Also, the original version has soft rubber antennae, so there is practically no danger if this figure breaking from an accidental fall or some Black Action.
