Michael's, of all places, has 30% off all their Lego sets. Not the biggest selection (a little bit from every theme), but there's some notable stuff that isn't discounted often like the Kessel Run Falcon for $119. I picked up the City Hospital myself, as I haven't seen that discounted anywhere yet. Just search Lego and you'll see everything:
