Got the head from a Thor, body of Masterverse He-Man both thanks to suggestions from the last thread. I just need to go hunting for a cross to use for the vampire killer handle. Anyone have ideas for the + shaped cross boomerang and a holy water? I'll find a toy axe for cheap somewhere eventually but the other two might be a little trickier.
I just have the head sticking together with some tack for the moment. I swiped the hair from the He-Man and it's a really good fit for the Thor head. The head itself fits onto the ball joint but it's loose. I've seen people suggest hot glue. I've never used it before but from my understanding when it dries it's got more of a rubbery consistency? So you'd be able to move the head? I'll glue the hair to the head later too so should I use hot glue there as well? I'll pick up a cheap glue gun and sticks next time I'm out.
The only real problem that bugs me just a little is the differing skin tons of the body and head. I don't really want to mess with the paint too much since I really like how close this head matches Smash' version of Simon. I figure once I get a tunic on him it may not be as glaringly different. I already picked up a morning star head for the whip from some cheap goth earing stud things.
