Even though I absolutely love their designs, it's very unlikely that they will make figures of these characters.
We'd be lucky if they ever produced Garlic Jr. someday. He is typically the kind of character that needs to be accompanied by other popular figures to be promoted. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see him going out alone, unlike Turles or Cooler. So until they announce Goku and Piccolo from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, I won't believe it.
