just got home, went to my local model kit shop. got the R3 Layzner. It is the last one and I dont think Bandai reprints R3 just like the Variable Fighter line despite VF-1 being extremely popular (Bandai's way of pushing you to buy their super chogokin VFs)
after looking at the parts, man, I understand why this line died despite being the MG for non-Gundam kits. Holy shit, it is disappointing, little color parts separation, greebles are hard to paint because they are on a part that is hard to get too. the frame is super basic, despite being based on MG 2.0 technology.
