>>11123127I'll also add that his reasons for killing can be a bit nebulous, like in issue 8 he passes up hunting down a serial killer known as the Skid-Row Slasher, who kills homeless people in favor of trying to ice some inside traders, with several people asking him along the way, why he was passing on the Slasher and leaving him for the police. Frank then reasons that the Wallstreet guys hurt millions more people, and that it would make more of a difference. He ultimately wishes he had been hunting the slasher, which seemingly motivates him to start hunting serial killers in issue 10.
Getting back to the Assassin's Guild graphic novel, he decides to kill a lawyer, since his clients are the parents of rich juvinels, who's records he expunged for hefty fees. He does this, because his clients never get to experience repercussions, and one of them killed a lady, because she got into a car accident with him.
