More progress on the HMS Naiad base. I airbrushed the minty green color on, but I'm not satisfied with the way it looks, I now have to mix a similar shade of the base ocean color with some Tamiya paints in order to try and tone it down. I wish I placed the main wake a little more forward, it doesn't look quite right too.
The base color is a mix of liquitex pthalo blue, mars black and titanium white. Luckily I had a 24 piece set of liquitex acrylic just sitting around unused in my attic.
The minty green is a mixture of tamiya flat blue, deep green, medium blue and white, in a 1:1:1:15 ratio.
