>>9519727I bet 100$ that the new MH's will have fridge bodies and "realistic" faces, nothing will ever beat how CUTE the OG dolls are (PIC RELATED FOR 30 BUCKS OR LESS) and knowing how much they're charging for the new horror dolls (and how ridiculous and stupidly LOW quantity they are producing) MH's reboot is going to be a disaster from the start:
High prices ugly new designs = don't sell
Don't sell = gets cancelled
Gets cancelled for the third time = dead IP
Welcome to Monster High is the greatest example, even with the best MH designs in the movies, Mattel hamhandled it in such ways that makes you wonder if they hate the IP
-low quality dolls in the first wave
-ZERO promotion
Reminds me of Bionicle g2, they could have released movie accurate dolls and earn millions (the designs were superior to G1 in every way) but they just gave up after 2 movies, Mattel is like Lego both can't handle a great IP unlike Hasbro with Transformers and even Disney Princesses
