It's one of the few times I wish Medicos did alter a few bits to make him more posable but the design choices are understandable. At the very least they threw in the proto-Soft and Wet head and two sets of hands with either white or silver paint on the fingers.
>Nut King Call when?When Medicos begins Jojolion and has to either expand on the choices of Protagonist/Allies/Villain to include the family or just cut it the same way they do on parts and whittle down the essentials and have 2-3 allies like Yashuo and Paisley Park.
Until then we have to wait and see where Jojolion goes for a final villain and stand since they usually go last for the line.
