The position of the joint isn't where an arm's should be, hence the position of the arm being much higher as opposed to a human's. The arm should be parallel with the shoulder if they're pointed straight out, not above them.
Yeah, a human can achieve that motion, but it['s out of place when not doing specific motions or retardedl like someone with cerebral palsy.
This is why so many of of Yamaguchi's figures look like they're always shrugging.
