>>9524167I don't like dinky little toys. They just feel fiddly and cheap and irritating to me. These JoyToy marines are not that. They are rather on the tall side for 1/18 figures, towering over nearly everything else in my collection in that scale. They also feel REALLY bulky once you strap on all their gear and get them in squad formation.
Aside from one or two things that keep popping off when limbs are put in certain angles, I am beyond pleased with the plastic quality, look, feel of the joints, and just overall polish. I have to give particular praise to the paintjob and sculpt--they have this magical chunky quality to them that make them feel like supersized miniatures. It's absolutely perfect. I had heard JoyToy made "just ok" toys, so I was worried, but these are my firsts from them and I would rate them like, a 9.5/10. Absolutely worthwhile in my book for any 40k fan.
