Optimus Prime and Menasor. Wasn't a fan of it at first but I'm slowly coming around to the fact Optimus Prime Super Mode should stand only a head shorter than Menasor. He only needs himself and his trailer to combine while Motomaster needs his trailer and his four other Stunticon lackeys to do the job. I'd say they're worthy of being cross-dimensional rivals, Optimus being able to go toe to toe with G1 Combiners and ends up fighting the bot with a similar alt mode.
